Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of § 36 VSBG.

confirmed by Legal. If IMA does participate, name the competent
Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle with address and website instead.
Note: the Applus+ “Complaint Procedure” (Oct 2021) only describes internal
complaint handling by the Quality Manager and is not a § 36 VSBG
statement. The EU ODR platform link is no longer required (platform
discontinued in July 2025).
